Images of the vehicle at the time of registration, at the beginning and end of the trip

1. If your payment is deducted from your account but shows as "pending" for more than 72 hours after a successful payment, please send a screenshot to our WhatsApp number. We'll review and update your payment status on our server.
2. If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, send a screenshot to our WhatsApp number. After review, we'll refund the amount to your account.
